We set the schedule up with you, check it drives your equipment correctly, and show you how to change it later without undoing the setup.
Before you buy one
Most connected thermostats need a common wire for continuous power, and plenty of older thermostat cable does not have one. We check the wiring first.
Common questions
Will it need a C wire?
Usually yes. Connected thermostats need continuous power, and older thermostat cable often does not include a common wire. We check the existing wiring before quoting so this does not become a surprise on the day.
